The problem with this research is the lack of media use in physical education learning process for children, making children easily bored and bored. This study aims to find out results development validation effectiveness developing digital pop up book PJOK class IV SD learning. type uses a qualitative approach. method used research. total population was 41. sample students IVA IVB. level validity that has been carried by validator it reaches value 94.75% very decent category, indicating good terms can be relied upon its use. outcomes cognitive domain using materials shows 77.8%. student response test got score 88 category. conclusion improve students' conceptual understanding, fine motor skills, motivation, outcomes. In addition, pop-up also received positive from students.
